High Plainz Strains is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our licensed cannabis dispensary in Fort Lupton. This leadership role serves as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts and regularly opens and closes the store as part of the leadership rotation. The position is responsible for staff oversight, cash accountability, regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full-time position (35+ hours per week) across five shifts per week. This position is primarily scheduled for opening and closing shifts with limited mid-shift coverage. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Christmas Day) . Store hours are 8:00am - 10:00pm.
The ideal candidate will bring diverse experience in customer service, shift management, and cash handling. Previous retail management experience is highly desirable, and familiarity with the cannabis industry is a significant advantage. We seek someone with a positive attitude who enjoys interacting with both customers and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment are essential. Given the highly regulated nature of our industry, adherence to rules, regulations, and established SOPs is crucial. High ethical standards are mandatory, as you will be responsible for handling both product and cash daily.
Pay - Competitive salary. starting at $19/ hr
