This is a full time position, regularly scheduled for 40 hours, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial, and/or industrial settings. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Pay - this position starts at $21- $25/hour.

Basic Functions of the Job:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems
- Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, thermostats, compressors, fans, and controls
- Test systems for proper functioning and adjust settings to ensure optimal performance
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders
- Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational HVAC certification preferred
- Minimum [2-5] years of HVAC experience (residential, commercial, or both)
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting methods
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying temperatures and environments
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with smart thermostats and modern HVAC control systems
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and practices
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
