Come join the growing field of cannabis! We are searching for a full time Trimmer to join our Trim Crew in Garden City (right by Greeley).

General Info:

This is a full time position, scheduled Monday - Friday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. Generally, you can count on 40 hours reliably, with overtime as needed to meet the demands of the business. This position requires the ability to often work on some holidays that fall on those days of the week. .

The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking for a job with clear guidelines and expectations, and who can follow ALL the rules set by the MED (Marijuana Enforcement Division) here in Colorado. The actual tasks of the job are repetitive, trimming buds and helping harvest plants. While the work can be monotonous, we are looking for someone with a positive upbeat attitude who will add to the team vibe in the Trim Room!

Pay - $15/hour to start

Basic Functions of the Job:

• Carefully remove dry buds from stems without breaking or damaging them.
• Hand trim dry buds correctly, removing leaves and shaping to a desirable appearance.
• Capable of trimming buds quickly while maintaining quality of work throughout entire shift.
• Assist with the harvesting and bucking of plants.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Capable of sitting and working with hands for a full 10 hour shift, with or without accommodation.
• Experience as a commercial trimmer of dry product is awesome, but not required - we will train you on our way of trimming regardless!
• Basic understanding of cannabis anatomy needed to understand how different strains require different techniques while trimming.
• Ability to receive critical feedback and criticism to improve your work.
